To my surprise there was 4-RT release made, so after rebasing to 4.0.4 and adding UltraKSM and BFQ I compiled it and am enjoying the result. In case you’d like to give it a try, it’s quite easy for .deb-based distros. Grab the packages, then just do dpkg -i *.deb. No warranty, use at your own risk (as usual).
